I left sunny and warm Istanbul back and arrived to cloudy and rainy Utrecht. I can’t believe I’m putting on my boots and leather jacket on in the middle of August! Anyways it’s nice to be back and see my friends that I’ve left behind for two and a half months. Tomorrow I’m meeting some of them for the first time and looking forward to hear the summer gossips. Actually the courses begin only at the beginning of September but I had to come early for bureaucratic issues that all the international students are aware of. Another issue that is important for students at this time of the year is to move to a new place. A few days ago I received a mail from a new international student who also got UES. She asked me how to look for cheap rooms and I forwarded her some websites which might be helpful.
